That notorious Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who himself is facing two counts of securities fraud (a first-degree felony) and one count of failing to register with state securities regulators (a third-degree felony) investigation as he filed the Supreme Court lawsuit challenging Pennsylvania's, Michigan's, Wisconsin's and Georgia's election results is still at it.

The Supreme Court as we all know, threw the case out. Texas taxpayers may bear the brunt of his previous scandal with a Google lawsuit.
