Lawrence Wilkerson discusses his views regarding the ongoing war in Ukraine, recent discussion of peace negotiations, and the Biden administration’s policy authorizing Ukraine to use some U.S. weapons to attack targets inside of Russia.
Wilkerson also served as Secretary of State Colin Powell’s chief of staff from 2002-05, and as associate director of the State Department’s policy planning staff, responsible for East Asia and the Pacific political-military and legislative affairs.
