Dr. Chekijian talks about Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Lachin Corridor, the humanitarian crisis this has triggered in Nagorno-Karabakh among the region’s ethnic Armenians, and efforts being made to negotiate a return to normal corridor access under a Nov. 9th, 2020 agreement.
She is also a faculty member in the section of Global Health and International Emergency Medicine.
